<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COONCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting oi the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on the eleventh day of January, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll. Councilmen Curley. <br />Grauel. Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />ResGlution No. 5572 <br /> <br />RESOWTION RELATING TO THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE'S REQUEST <br />FOR TEOlNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer of the Village of Roseville may deem it <br /> <br />necessary to request technical assistance from the Minnesota Highway Department. <br /> <br />nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to statutOI'1"authori ty, the <br /> <br />Roseville Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of <br /> <br />Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year 1971 for <br /> <br />which payment will be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified <br /> <br />claims from the Commissioner of Highways. <br />
