<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 18, 1971. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />January 18, 1971, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Curley, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5573 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that an unsafe and <br />hazardous condition exists at the following described real <br />property, to-wit: <br /> <br />Parcel C, Registered Land Survey No. 234, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to correct and remove the danger <br />to public health and public safety, certain buildings thereon <br />must be razed and removed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are instructed to execute <br />the Order, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", <br />and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by Member Linebarqer and <br />
