STAT. <br />1969, CHAPTER 463 <br /> <br />-vs- <br /> <br />Lena Huiras, <br /> <br />Defendant. <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />LENA HUIRAS, Defendant above named. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village of Roseville, through its Village Council <br /> <br />and Mayor and Manager, allege the following facts: <br /> <br />A. Lena Huiras is the apparent record owner of the <br /> <br />following described real property situated in the County of <br /> <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel C, Registered Land Survey No. 234 <br /> <br />B. The greenhouses, outbuildings and appurtenant <br /> <br />structures on the above described real property are causing <br /> <br />danger to public health and public safety by reason of their <br /> <br />deteriorated condition and are creating an attractive nuisance. <br /> <br />C. The buildings are in such a deteriorated condition <br /> <br />that repair is impossible, and in order to correct the danger to <br /> <br />public health and public safety, said buildings must be razed. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />TTT.,.. .,..
