<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD January 18, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re~ular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Vi 11 age Hall at 2701 North Lexin~ton <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 18th day Jan of <br />1971. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5574 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, IT APPEARS in the best interest of the Village of <br />Roseville to promote environmental improvement pro- <br />grams by urging the Legislature of the State of <br />Minnesota to adopt legislation to promote the same <br />goals; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />The Legislature of the State of Minnesota be urged <br />to adopt the necessary legislation to provide incentives <br />for the use of returnable containers within the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Linebarger and upon vote taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />Whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County,Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />
