<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />l~msey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th day of <br />February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5576 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATI01\f <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-7l-l7 <br /> <br />t4HEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville in the area of Heatherwood Addition, generally bounded <br />by County Road B-2, Brooks Avenue, western Avenue and Galtier <br /> <br />Street by the construction of an underground street lighting system <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
