<br />Extract of ~unutes, of ~~eting of the <br />Village COl:.:lcil of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the village Council of the village of Roseville, Minne- <br />sota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br />the 8th day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adop- <br /> <br />tion of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-71':'16 <br /> <br />vmEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Rosevi1le in the general area of the east side of Highcrest Road <br /> <br />from walnut Street to Terminal Road by the construction of concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br />ment pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
