<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'cJ.ock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Nene <br /> <br />Councilm::in Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5578 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPR~VEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-7l-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville on Grandview Avenue from Rice Street to <br /> <br />Matilda Street by ~he construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on January 18, <br /> <br />1971, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />statutes Sec. 429.035. <br />
