<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br />day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The following members were present ~a.Y,01 Moll, COWlcilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved <br /> <br />the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5579 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-trJ-p - ST-71-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />Village of Roseville in the area bounded by Laurie Road, Trunk <br />Highway 36, Fairview and Snelling Avenues by the construction of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain,biturninous street, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, drainage improvements and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on <br /> <br />JanUArY 18 <br /> <br />, 19..1.!.., is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of pro- <br /> <br />perty affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
