EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 28, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9057 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-94-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 48 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council of the City of Roseville adopted February 14, 1994, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-94-02, Neighborhood 48; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 28, 1994, to consider the proposed construction of Improvement P-94-04, Neighborhood 48, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Sharondale Avenue, Wilder street to Prior Avenue Wilder Street, Sharondale Avenue to Eldridge Avenue Skillman Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to Prior Avenue Eldridge Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to Prior Avenue Shryer Avenue, Fairview Avenue to cul-de-sac Ryan Avenue, Fairview Avenue to cul-de-sac Draper Drive, Fairview Avenue to Ryan Avenue Prior Avenue, Roselawn Avenue to Sharondale Avenue Tatum Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue Loren Road, Cleveland Avenue to cul-de-sac as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $992,862.45 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement.
