<br />Ext:r3.ct of Minutes of geeting <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Ball in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br />day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~layoT r,lo11, Cound Imen Grauel. <br />LinebaTjTer, .Anderson and CUTley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: ~Jone <br /> <br />Councilman Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 55S0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARA'l'ION OF REPORT ON <br />.IMPROVEMENT NO. 88-71-9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />Village of Roseville generally on the south side of County Road D, <br />west of Forest Lake Cut Off (Old Highway 8) by the construction <br /> <br />of sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br /> <br />Council on <br /> <br />.Janua.ry 18 <br /> <br />, 19~ is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sec. 429.035. <br />
