<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village of Boseville <br />Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were cbsent : <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5582 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-7l-l0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />Village of Roseville in the general area of proposed Merrill Street, <br /> <br />south from Roselawn Avenue approximately 1000 feet by the construc- <br /> <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, drainage improvements and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on <br /> <br />Jarwarv 18 <br /> <br />, 19..1.!-., is hereby de~lared to be <br /> <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
