<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5583 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-7l-l3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in the gene~al area of Iona Lane from Dale <br /> <br />Street to Mackubin Street by the construction of bituminous street, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with <br /> <br />the Council on Januarv 18 <br /> <br />, 19.z.L., is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
