<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e <br />l~msey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet- <br /> <br />ing of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevillet Minne- <br /> <br />sota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />Monday, the 8th day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent; None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No, 5586 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-71-B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />Village of Roseville# generally bounded by Trunk Highway 36, <br />Grandview Avenue, Victoria Street and Lexington Avenue by the <br />construction of storm sewer facilities and their appurtenances, <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. <br /> <br />429.011 to 429.111. <br />
