Form 2523 (5-70) RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO, S'1iSJ1, At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Villaae Council of the Villa.ge of Rosevi lle duly held on the.8.th-day of_ JJlebruary , 19-1,L, the following Resolution was offered by Councilman Grauel seconded by Cnund 1 m~n T.; nf'!h ~-rge r to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the Villaae of Rosevi lle from ~ Cleve ~ Ave. to __----1:airview Ave. _____ ; and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as ~_P. 6'12-113 (36-118) ._ ___._, ; and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6212-1~36.l18) . _ which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968, as amended by Supplemental Specifications, dated July 1, 1969, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 ; and , WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Vill~ Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
