Planning File 3207: <br /> A request by US West Wireless for a Conditional Use Permit to install a <br />monopole, for the purpose of providing PCS services, in the rear yard area of the Countryside Restaurant. <br />The subject property is located at 2851 Snelling Avenue North. <br />6b. Planning File 3212: <br /> A requestby Tim Honigschmidt for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction <br />of a detached garage and three season porch 100 square feet in size. Mr. Honigschmidt’s property is <br />located at 1378 Sandhurst Drive. <br />6c. Planning File 3210: <br /> A request by Steve and Kristin Youngquist for a Variance from Section 1016.22A1 <br />(Non-conformities) and Section 1016.26B1 (Storm Water Management), of the City Code, to allow the <br />redevelopment of the parcel with a single family home. The property is located at 391 Owasso Boulevard <br />South. <br />6d. Planning File 3209: <br /> A request by Roseville Lutheran Church for a Variance from Section 005.01Dp <br />covering the off-street parking requirements for churches. Roseville Lutheran Church currently provides a <br />ratio of 3.1 off-street parking spaces. City Code requires a ratio of 3.5 off street parking spaces. The <br />requested variance is associated with the church’s desire to add 300 balcony seats. Property is located at <br />1215 Roselawn Avenue. <br />6e. Planning File 3211: <br /> A request by Kenneth Wieden for an 18.5 foot Variance from Section 1004.02D5 <br />(Minimum Yard Requirements) of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of an attached garage in <br />the required front yard setback. The property is located at 2125 Dale Street North. <br />6f. Planning File 3208: <br />A requestby CSM Corporation to amend the Centre Pointe Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement (NO. 2880) for a modification allowing a third hotel within the PUD limits. The <br />parcel is located south of the existing Veritas Software structure. <br />6g. Planning File 3204: <br /> A request by James Trapp for a CONCEPT Industrial Planned Unit Development <br />to redevelop property located at 2211 County Road C-2.
