Planning File 3199.CONCEPT PUD <br /> Krause-Anderson realty is requesting approval to rezone the property <br />encompassing Hamline Center from SC, Shopping Center District to B-PUD, Business Planned Unit Development to <br />allow uses such as schools, churches, lawful gambling, retail and office, within the existing structure. Hamline Center <br />is located at 2797 – 2833 Hamline Avenue. <br />B. Planning File 3201. <br />A request by the City of Roseville for a text amendment to Section 1007, Industrial District, of <br />the Roseville City Code. Specifically, the request would amend Section 1007.01E (Building Height) from the current <br />language "shall not be greater than 45 feet …" to a proposed language "not greater than 45 feet or four office <br />stories…." <br />C. Planning File 3174. <br /> A request by the City of Roseville to consider an amendment to Section 1016.26 of the <br />Roseville City Code, specifically amending requirements regulating storm water management. The amendment is a <br />requirement of the Metropolitan Council’s approval of Roseville’s Comprehensive Plan. <br />Continued Public Hearing from March 8, 2000 Meeting <br />D.
