Absent: Mayor Roll Call <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />A. Communications and Public Comment <br />A-1 Acting City Manager had announcements regarding the following: <br />. Pl�nning Commission, discussion of land use for charitable <br />gambling on 12/11/00 <br />. Special City Council meeting on 12/18/00 <br />. Regular City Council meeting of 12/25/00 cancelled <br />. First Regular City Council meeting of 2001, 01/08/01 <br />. Charter Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m., Ol/17/Ol <br />. Fire Chief Rich Gasaway recent surgery <br />B. Approval of Minutes <br />B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of November 27, 2000 be approved, as amended. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of December 4, 2000 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Maschka and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />Minutes <br />C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through C-4 be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize acceptance of the Donation of <br />[20 stuffed animals from Mary LaRoue at a Stuffed Animals to <br />value of $2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Fire Department <br />Wiski. Nays: None. <br />
