Five will be 30 inches wide <br />by 40 inches deep by 5 feet tall and one cabinet will be 2 feet wide by 2 feet deep by 5 feet tall. <br />6) The antenna support units and equipment cabinets shall be limited to the single user <br />(Voice&earn) and the applicant ATP Minneapolis. Future antenna additions shall require a <br />revised CUP. <br />7) The antenna units and equipment cabinets shall not be lighted. Electric and phone wires <br />serving the equipment and antenna units shall be mounted to the building roof. <br />8) The antenna units, equipment platform, and supporting cabinets shall be completely removed <br />from the site by the applicant (ATP Minneapolis) after operations cease, or if the equipment is <br />damaged or unsafe as determined by the Roseville Building Official, or if the CUP elapses or if <br />the use is determined to be in violation of the CUP or City Code by the Community Development <br />Director. The City may require the applicant (ATP Minneapolis) to post a bond to assure timely <br />removal of the antenna units and supporting equipment. <br />9) Parking of maintenance vehicle(s) shall occur in an off-street parking space of the parking lot <br />affiliated with the Roseville Professional Building. <br />10) The color of the antenna, antenna support units, equipment platform, and equipment cabinets <br />shall be of a similar color (white) to that of the principal structure. <br />11) This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has not <br />been issued.
