Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3277, the <br />following properiy, generally located at 2330 Le�ngton Avenue, City of Roseville, is <br />hereby rezoned from R- 1, Single Family Residential District, to B-PUD, Business <br />Planned Unit Development, with an underlying zone of B-1, Limited Business District: <br />The property located at 2330 Lexington Avenue, is legally described as: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Rose of Sharon 2nd A(I(IltlOri, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(PID # 112923320050). <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #. The Planned Unit <br />Development standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property sha11 be in <br />addition to a11 other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and McKinley Company, Inc. <br />3.
