Section 1004.O1A is hereby amended to read: <br />10 <br />11 A. Accessory Buildings In Residential Districts: <br />12 <br />13 1. Number Allowed: Each residentially zoned or used parcel sha11 be allowed ub to 2 <br />14 detached accessorv buildin�s and 1�arden shed_ based upon certain maximum limitations <br />15 identified in this section. <br />16 <br />17 2. Garden Shed: The size of the allowed garden shed sha11 be limited to a maximum area <br />18 of 120 square feet, a maximum height of 12 feet. The one allowable �arden shed sha11 <br />19 not be considered an accessorv buildin�. <br />zo <br />21 3. Conditions mav be attached to the permit <br />to miti�ate the impact on adlaCeilt properties. includin�. but not limited to. increased <br />setbacks_ landsca�e screening; architectural color and detail reauirements. draina�e <br />provisions, and limitin� additional e�terior stora�e. When reviewin� an a�plication for a <br />conditional use permit, the Plannin� Commission and Citv Council sha11 consider the <br />followin�. criteria: <br />38 L Impact on traf%ic. <br />39 2. Im�act on �arks. streets and other �ublic acilities. <br />40 3. Compatibilitv of the site plan, internal traff'ic circulation, landscapinQ and <br />41 structures with contiguous �ro�erties. <br />42 4.
