The neighborhood has grown up with this use. <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, second by Member Wilke, to approve the <br />request by Capital City Investment LLP for a conditional use permit to operate a bingo <br />hall at 2525 Snelling Avenue, based on the findings outlined in the project report dated <br />January IO, 2001, and based on the following conditions: <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />U. <br />Capital City Investment LLP successfully obtaining the only bingo license in the City of <br />Roseville. <br />Replaced roof top mechanical units must be screened per Section 1010.07 of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br />Parking lot lighting must be brought into conformance (foot-candles and downcast lighting) <br />with Section 10 10.12 of the Roseville City Code. <br />Any signage far the bingo hall must meet the requirements of Section 1009.03 of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
