Land Use <br />Mastel moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to remove from the table, the Resalutiad 9$62 <br />January 22, 2001 City Council Agenda Item I-3, Capital �i#y Capital City Investment <br />Investments, CUP, 2525 ��ellin�{ Av N, (PF3282). Mastel withdrew the CUP <br />motion which had been taken from the table. 2525 helling Av <br />(PF3282} <br />I-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded that we approve a resolution granting <br />Capital City Investments LLP a Conditional Use Permit to open a bingo <br />hall at 2525 Snelling Avenue based on the findings and conditions <br />outlined in Section 4 of the project report and the addition of Condition <br />E. Parking Lo? Issues: The parking lot shall be striped to orient parked <br />vehicles at an angle facing east an access to the site shall be designed as <br />a one way in and one way out only, both consistent with the attached <br />drawing. Specifically, the handicapped access and parking shall be <br />designated and provided on the east side of the structure, with the e�t <br />drive circulating around the south and west side of the structure.
