EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ha11 at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, February 12, 2401� at (;3p o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 7�:XXX RESOLUTION AQUIRING TAX FORFEIT PARCEL 02-29-23-11-0036 FOR UTII,ITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Shoreview and the City of Roseville are working together on the reconstruction of West Owasso Boulevard, City Project P-ST-SW-O 1-09, and WHEREAS, as part of the project, the cities are proposing to construct a joint storm water treatment basin to the west of the project site, and WHEREAS, a 30 foot wide tax forfeit parcel e�sts that could be used to connect the road project to the proposed treatment basin, and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of this parcel is $2,323.75. NOW, TI�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that tax forfeit parcel 02-29-23-1 1-0036 to be acquired by the City of Roseville for utility purposes be �}�Pmsied� The motion was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
