5. Reimbursement will be made according to the following schedule: <br />For the period of: <br />January 1 • March 31 <br />April 1 - June 30 <br />July 1 - September 30 <br />October 1 - December 31 <br />b. Reports <br />Reimbursement will occur after: <br />April 1, 2001 <br />July 1, 2001 <br />October 1, 2001 <br />January 1, 2402 <br />1. The Municipality shall submit two reports to the County. The first is due to the County on <br />August 15, �UDI. The second is due on February 1, �Q02J The report due August 15, <br />2001, will include program information for January 1 through June 30, 2001. The second <br />report will include information for July 1 through December 31, 2001. These reports are to <br />include recycling at all residential units, including multi-family buildings and manufactured <br />home parks, even if the municipal program does not serve them. <br />2. The semiannual reports shall be submitted on forms provided by the County. <br />c. Financial Report <br />The Municipality shall be required to submit, if requested by the County, an audited financial report <br />to the Ramsey County Budget and Accounting Office. The report shall show how funds received <br />from Ramsey County were disbursed. <br />2. TERM <br />The term of this agreement shall be from January 1� 2001, through December 31, 2001, the date of <br />signatures notwithstanding. <br />3. CANCELLATION <br />Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other <br />party. In the event of termination, the Municipality shall be entitled to reimbursement for those <br />expenses incurred up to the termination date provided the expenses have been incurred according <br />to the budget shown in Attachment A. <br />4. DEFAULT <br />Any of the following shall constitute default on the part of the Municipality: <br />a. The failure of the Municipality to use funds in a manner consistent with this contract and <br />Attachment A. <br />b. The failure of the Municipality or its ���kpnt��Uf�S� to use their best efforts to ensure the <br />maximum collection and marketing of recyclable materials from the area served. <br />c. The failure of the Municipality to provide information satisfactory to the County as required <br />in this Agreement. <br />5. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />a. All services and duties performed by the Municipality pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br />performed to the 5ati5f�Ct�i�r� of the County and in �ccordar�cel wi#� a�� applicable federal, stafs, <br />and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations as a condition of payment.
