Organizational Business <br />E-1 Kysylyczyn moved to approve the appointment of Alexis Orosz to Appointment of <br />the City Council position vacated by Donn Wiski with the term to ��tY Council Member <br />run through December 3 1, 2001. Chair ruled that the motion had <br />been seconded. Maschka appealed the ruling of the Chair. <br />Kysylyczyn moved to acknowledge that the Mayor's motion was <br />seconded.
