She is an experienced organizational consultant whose clients include many local and national corporations. Suzanne facilitates executive and middle management group efforts to identify the core values and hopes of the organization. She also facilitates, integrates and guides organizational change. She is widely known and respected for her ability to bring cohesiveness, leadership, focused direction and accountability to teams and individuals. Suzanne's particular expertise is working with process-oriented problems and facilitating the teams in solving the problems. She has successfully coached people at all organizational levels to help them be effective in their work and in their work relationships Suzanne has managed organizational development and training in large corporations and received an ASTD Award of Excellence as the consultant with the most Organizational Impact for her work on productivity improvement for Dain Rauscher (formerly Dain Bosworth). Other national clients include American Express/IDS, 1� Bank Systems, Blue Cross/Shield of Maryland, HemoTec, Queens Health Care of Hawaii, 3M, Merrill Inc., Alliant Technosystems, and Honeywell. Suzanne has published articles on risk taking for managers and has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota. She has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology/Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Human Development. She has also completed a post- graduate certification program in Gestalt Therapy."
