EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVII,LE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, NTinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, February 26, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />The following members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION TO INITIATE THE AUAR PROCESS FOR TWIN LAKES <br />WHEREAS, there e�sts an approximately 270-acre area in the City of Roseville <br />commonly referred to as Twin Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a Master Plan that has been created for the redevelopment of Twin <br />Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, it is prudent to conduct an environmental review as provided for in the State <br />of Minnesota Environmental Review Program rules; and <br />WHEREAS, AN alternative Urban ATeawide Review (AUAR) is the most appropriate <br />form of environmental review provided for in the Minnesota Environmental Review Program for <br />Twin Lakes; <br />NOW TI�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />that an AUAR be completed for the area shown on the attached Exhibit "A". <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
