EXTRACT OF yIINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of February, 200 1, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION XXXX RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF I1�'IPROVEI�'IENTS P-ST-SW-Ol-09, NEIGHBORHOOD 18 P-ST-SW-Ol-10, NEIGHBORHOOD 15 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 22, 2001, fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-ST-SW-01 -09/ Neighborhood 18 and P-ST-SW- 0 1- 1 0/ Neighborhood 1.5 and; WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; WHEREAS, Public Hearings were held on February 12,200 1 and the City Council continued the Hearings to February 26, 2001; and NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 26,200 1, to consider the proposed construction of Projects P-ST-S W-0 1-09/ Neighborhood 18 and P-ST-S W-0 1- 1 �( Neighborhood 15 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: P-ST-SW-01-09 Neighborhood 18 West Owasso Boulevard, Victoria Street to City Limits P-ST-SW-01-10 Neighborhood 15 Josephine Road, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $2,360,112.72 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the offiCe of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report.
