Prior to tbe discussion of the planned improvement for Josephine Road, the Mayor heard a similar discussion regarding Lake Owasso Blvd. In this discussion, the Mayor of Roseville, 7ohn Kysylyczyn, stated that he would not support any proposed 26 foot roadway with 6 foot parking bays. Instead, the Mayor proposes a 28 foot roadway with 8 foot parking bays. We, the Committee, believe the original 26 foot proposal with 6 foot parking bays best meets the interests of a11 residents on Josephine Road. The Committee believes a 28 foot road and 8 foot parking bay would increase traffic, noise, and would cause undue hardships on several residents. We ask for your support by signing this petition in advance of the ne�t City Council meeting to let the Mayor and Roseville City Council know you support a 26 foot roadway with parking bays. Based on neighborhood feedback on costs, the Committee has revised its original proposal for other elements of the project. The Committee seeks your input regarding which materials should be used for the pathway to be constructed. The Committee recommends either Concrete with Brick Paver Edging, or Bituminous (Asphalt) with Brick Paver Edging.
