EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of March 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A SOUTHERN PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br />DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO 1500 COiTNTY ROAD B-2 (PF3285). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for vacation of a southern portion of County <br />Road B-2 adjacent to their facility at 1500 County Road B-2; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the MnDOT request <br />for vacation of a portion of County Road B-2, based on findings of the staff report dated <br />February 14,200 1; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a <br />portion of County Road B-2; <br />NOW TI�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates a portion of County Road B-2, legally described on the attached <br />description. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
