(Mr. Erickson said he had no objection). <br />Member Cunningham noted that the Taco Bell drive-through vehicle impact on the <br />neighborhood by headlights was negligible. The hours should be left to the marked. <br />Member Cunningham was in favor of the motion. <br />Member Olson was in favor with yearly review. <br />1�'Iotion #2: Member Mulder moved, second by Member Rhody, to recommend <br />approval of the increased hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. weekdays and <br />weekends for the Taco Bell, 1101 Larpenteur Avenue, with an annual (two year) review <br />in December 2001 and 2002 by the City Council with appropriate action taken. <br />Ayes: 5, Rhody, Olson, Duncan, Cunningham, Mulder <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />This request will be forwarded to the Roseville City Council for action on March 12, <br />2001. <br />
