Plannin File 3288: A request by Brad and Randi Lundell, 1828 Ryan
Avenue for a variance to Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code to
allow the construction of a garage addition to encroach into the required
setback adjacent to a corner side yard property line.
Chairman John Rhody opened the public hearing and requested city planner Thomas
Paschke to provide a verbal summary of the project report dated February 14, 2001.
Thomas Paschke explained the variance request, noting he had received only one
communication, which was supportive.
