Nays: None. <br />I-2 Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to waive the first reading Ordinance 1247 <br />and recommend approval of PUD Amendment # 1199, allowing Amendin� PUD #1199 <br />Taco Bell to install a 20 square foot sign on the North facade, Herita e Realty, Inc & <br />consistent with the attached sign plan. (PF3290) <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to waive the first reading <br />and to approve the PUD Amendment #1199 allowing Taco Bell to <br />extend the drive thru hours of operation only, from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 <br />a.m., week days and week ends, subject to reviews in December of <br />200 1 and 2002. Kysylyczyn and Klausing withdrew the motion. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Goedeke seconded, [to waive the first reading <br />and], �g [to] extend the 60 day review deadline an additional 60 <br />days for PUD Amendment # 1199 and continue this to the meeting <br />of May 14, [2001 ]. Nays: None. <br />I-3 Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, by resolution, to approve the Resolution 9873 <br />request by Randi and Brad Lundell, 1828 Ryan Avenue for a 20 Randi & Brad Lundell <br />foot variance from Section 1004.02D4 (Dwelling Dimensions and 1828 Ryan Av <br />Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot Area Variance <br />(PF3288) <br />Requirement in R-1 Districts), a 25 foot variance from Section <br />1004.02D4 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, <br />Frontage, Yard and Lot Area Requirement in R-1 Districts), and a <br />23 foot variance from Section 703.04B4 (Driveway Setback from <br />Street Right-of-Way) of the Roseville City Code to allow a five <br />foot garage addition and allowing the garage to be set no closer <br />than five feet to the east properiy line; future home expansion to no <br />closer than ten feet to the east property line; and a pre-e�sting, <br />non-conforming driveway to remain no closer than seven feet to <br />the east properiy line, subject to the finding in Section 5 and <br />conditions 6.1 - 6.4 in Section 6 of the staff report.
