Normally, the Commission does an internal discussion and recommends to <br />the Council who would be interested in those positions. <br />The Commission met recently and is recommending the following officers for the period of April 1, <br />2001 to March 3 1, 2002: 1Vfi Connie Pease, Chair and Mr. Mark Battis, Secretary. <br />Policy Implications <br />This recommendation is both within the current Council Resolution and past Council policy. <br />Financial Implications <br />There are no fiscal implications with regard to this action. <br />Council Action <br />Motion to approve the appointment of Ms Connie Pease, Chairperson and Mr. Mark Battis, <br />Secretaty respectively of the City Ethics Commission for the period of March 3 1,200 1 to April 1, <br />2002 <br />
