EXTRACT OF MINCJTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th day of April, 2001, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION XXXX RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS P-01-13, COiJNTY ROAD C PATHWAY P-01-14, RICE STREET PATHWAY WHEREAS, as a part of our 200 1 Construction agenda, there are two pathway "in-fill" segments proposed for construction, County Road C pathway, from Western Avenue to Woodbridge Street, and Rice Street pathway, from north of Minnesota Avenue to the e�sting pathway south of County Road B, and; AND WHEREAS, the construction of these pathway segments will provide off road pedestrian access, and improve pedestrian safety on these road segments; AND WHEREAS, Public Hearings were held on April 9, 2001, for City Projects P-01-13 & P- 01-14; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on April 9, 2001, to consider the proposed construction of Projects P-01-1 3, County Road C pathway and P-0 1- 14, Rice Street pathway; The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
