Nea1 Beets letter to City Council thanking them for their support B. Approval of Minutes B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of March 26, 2001 be approved. Gl Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, establishing a public hearing for Lake Owasso the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 23, 2001 to Water Ski Course consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of water ski course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. c-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the attached Joint Joint Powers Agreement Powers Agreement with Little Canada and authorizing the Mayor With Little Canada and City Manager to sign upon file review by the City Attorney and Little Canada staf£ Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn.
