EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII,LE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Ha11 on Monday, the 14�h day of May, 2001 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ARF,SOLUTION EXTENDING TI� REVIEW PERIOD FOR QWEST WIRELESS'S REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT TO INSTALL A 60 FOOT TALL MONOPOLE WITH ANTENNA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2555 DALE STREET NOIRTH, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE (PF 3303). WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless has requested a conditional use permit to erect a 60 foot ta11 monopole in the rear yard of Fire Station No. 3; and WHEREAS, on May 9,200 1, the Planning Commission was to consider this request and hold the necessaty public hearing; and WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless and the City of Roseville ha�e yet to reach an agreement on a lease for the property, its terms and conditions; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 2001 the Planning Commission continued the hearing the regularly scheduled meeting on June 13, 2001; WHEREAS, the review deadline for the Qwest Wireless request expires on 7une 9, 2001; NOW TI�REFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City") Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to NTinnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Qwest Wireless for the a CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT on property at 2555 Dale Street North, is hereby e�tended up to 60 days from 7une 9 to August 9, 2001. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
