E. The new irrigation system needs to be tested before it is brought on-line and the e�sting <br />irrigation system shut down and certain components removed. Requiring the existing <br />irrigation system to be removed prior to the completion of the new irrigation system <br />would have detrimental ramifications to the golf course. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Midland Hills Country Club a 270 square foot variance to Section 1016.22A1 (Non- <br />Conformities) and a 590 variance to Section 10 16.17C 1 a(Permitted Water Oriented Accessory <br />Structures) of the Roseville City Code to allow the existing irrigation pump house and allow <br />construction of a 320 square foot addition for a new golf course irrigation system on property <br />located at 2001 Fulham Street, based on the findings and subject to the terms and conditions <br />indicated above. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />3 <br />
