Land Use <br />I-1 Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve a temporary Roseville Estates <br />seasonal RV parking permit for four (4) pads to be located in the (PF3225) <br />southwest corner of the Mobile Home Park Site, subject to utility <br />and life safety Code compliance; with the �ease� [seasonal] 4-unit <br />RV permit to expire November 15, 2001 at which time the units will <br />be removed from the site or adhere to the requirements of a new <br />Planned Unit Development Zone. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Klausing, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Abstain: Mastel <br />(Mastel lives there). <br />I-2 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the five year Ramsey County <br />interim use permit requested by the Ramsey County Department of g�ardous Waste <br />Public Health to allow the operation of a satellite household hazard Interim Use permit <br />waste collection site in the 1700 block of Kent Street (located on �F3302) <br />County property adjacent (southwest) to the Community Corrections <br />facility), subject to the interim use permit being reviewed <br />administratively on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the <br />resolution granting the interim use permit, with a staff report <br />submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council as needed. <br />Roll Ca11, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />I-3 Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded, to waive the first reading Ordinance 1250 <br />and adopt �1��—�e� [an] ordinance amending Planned Unit Border Foods/ <br />Development Agreement # 1199 for property located at 1101 Taco Bell <br />Larpenteur Avenue, allowing Taco Bell to increase the hours of PUD Amendment <br />operation for the drive-thru service only from 9:00 a.m. Friday to (PF3290) <br />2:00 a.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Saturday to 2:00 a.m. Sunday, <br />conditioned on annual (two year) review in December 2001 and <br />2002 by the City Council with appropriate action taken, <br />a�ac�ke�.
