EXTRACT OF M.� '� TING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH T F ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of May 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1004.04D5 (LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIl2EMENTS) FOR DENNIS PROKOP FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2108 HADDINGTON ROAD WHEREAS, Dennis Prokop has requested a nine-foot variance from Section 1004.04D5 (Lot Area and Yard Requirements) of the Roseville City Code for property located at 2108 Haddington Road, and legally described as: Lot S, Block I, Westmoor Addition, except the South 164 feet thereof (PID # 082923310007) WHEREAS, Section 1004.04D5 requires a side yard principal structure setback from property line of 15 feet; and WHEREAS, the e�sting principal structure is located is located six feet from the side (south) property line; and WHEREAS, said rezoning of property located at 2108 Haddington Road has necessitated the need for the nine foot variance form Section 1004.04D5; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the variance request by Dennis Prokop and recommended (5-0) to approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 5/9/O1. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Dennis Prokop a nine foot variance to Section 1004.04D5 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 5/2 1101. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
