Approval of Minutes <br />B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded to adopt the amended meeting <br />minutes of May 14, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Gl Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, authorization for acceptance of a grant <br />from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Metro Greenway <br />Program for a Metro Greenways Planning Grant for the development of a <br />Natural Resources Inventory and Management Plan for Roseville. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, authorization for the City <br />Manager to enter into a contract with Bonestroo, Rosene and Anderlik <br />for planning services as outlined in the attached proposal in the <br />amount of $49, 776 with $24,446 $Om the DNR and the remaining <br />Acceptance of DNR <br />Metro Greenways <br />Planning Grant <br />
