General Description of the Reali�ned Parcels as Proposed: <br />1) Parcel "A" is reduced in size by 40 feet and becomes the "South 90 feet of Lot 3 and the <br />north 40 feet of Lot 4. <br />2) Parcel "S" is expanded in size by 40 feet and becomes "Lot 5 and the south 40 feet of Lot <br />4". <br />3) The recombination will include a 22 foot wide access and parking easement (ll feet on the <br />north and ll feet on the south side of the new property line). The City has no role in the <br />private easements between the two lots.
