NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Acting City Manager is <br />hereby authorized to execute all documents, on behalf of the City of Roseville, <br />pertaining to the US Environmental Protection Agency Supplemental Assistance for <br />Brownfield Assessment Demonstration Pilots. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
