As such, there is a wide <br />representation of land uses adj acent to the study area. <br />The proposed development is consistent with the City of Roseville's redevelopment and <br />reinvestment planning for the area and represents an effort to revitalize an e�sting business area and <br />improve the access, circulation and aesthetic quality of development within the district. The <br />proposed development would also engage the natural resources of the area into the plan by <br />preserving their place as an attractive quality and focal point of the overall design of the district. <br />25 <br />
