Plan's Concept Areas. (Refer to Twin Lakes Boundary Map & Roseville Redevelopment Plan <br />Concept Map). Also, the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area includes 4 1.11 acres of new right-of-way <br />and green space. <br />This plan provides for a clearer defmition of a"Business Park" designation for the entire area and <br />specific land uses supported by the Planning Commission and City Council. The Planning <br />Commission adopted, by resolution on December 13, 2000, the Twin Lakes Business Park Master <br />Plan and recommended it to the City CounciL The City Council concurred with the Planning <br />Commission, adopting by resolution the business park strategy and the mix of scenarios as the <br />"concept" amendment to the Comprehensive Plan on January 8,200 1.
