EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 20 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04B1A OF THE ROSEVII,LE CITY CODE FOR JOHN OVERBYE, 2916 WEST OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF 3304) WHEREAS, John Overbye has requested a 20 foot variance from Section 703.04B1a of the Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, Mr. Overbye's properiy is located at 2916 West Owasso Boulevard and legally described at as: Lot 6, Block 5, Minnesota Realty Co. 's Owasso Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 022923130070) WHEREAS, Section 703.04B1a requires a 26 foot maximum driveway apron width in the public right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Mr. Overbye's e�sting driveway is 46 feet in width to access the existing attached garage and provide access to rear garage entry; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the variance request by Mr. Overbye and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/O1. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant John Overbye a 20 foot variance from Section 703.04B1a of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/O1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
