EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN 18 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04B4 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR STEVEN MARCHEK, 2995 WEST OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF 3306) WHEREAS, Steven Marchek has requested an 18 foot variance from Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, Mr. Marchek's property is located at 2995 West Owasso Boulevard and legally described at as: Lotl, Block 4, Minnesota Realty Co. 's Owasso Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 022923130051) WHEREAS, Section 703.04B4 requires a 30 foot driveway apron setback from a street right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Mr. Marchek's existing driveway lies 12 feet from the Brenner Avenue right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the variance request by Mr. Marchek and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/O1. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Steven Marchek an 18-foot variance from Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/0 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
