On the <br />Record: Goedeke, that he is concerned for the health and safety of <br />the people in this building. Roll Call: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn Nays: none. <br />Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, to adopt a resolution to <br />approve a nine foot variance from Section 1004.04D5 of the <br />Roseville City Code for the property located at �88 [2180] <br />Haddington Road, based on the findings contained in Section 4 of <br />the staff report, which are restated in the resolution. Roll Call: <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn Nays: none. <br />J. Ordinances and Resolutions <br />J-1 Kysylyczyn moved, Goedeke seconded, to authorize staff to redraft <br />the Parks and Recreation Commission and Human Rights <br />Commission Ordinances and Ethics Commission Resolution, as <br />directed, and to bring back to a future meeting.
