NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that variances requested <br />by Perry Noland from applicable parking and paving setback requirements for his Roseville Auto Repair <br />Shop, 2150 Hamline Avenue, as stated in the project report Section 3.6, dated 3une 26, 2001, in order to <br />renovate the parking and landscaping on the site, based on the findings in Section 3, dated June 26,200 1, <br />and with the condition that a complete and detailed paving, landscape, sidewalk and fence plan must be <br />submitted, by the applicant, prior to granting approval and prior to building permit application. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
