Introduced New City Manager Neal Beets <br />A-2 Richard Lambert: Ethics Commission Investigation <br />A-3 Suzanne Heinen: Notification Policy for Valley Park Storm Pond <br />Project <br />A-4 Cindy Schwie, 1383 Ryan Avenue Cub Foods/Har Mar Mall <br />. Posed question regarding Cub Foods/Har Mar Mall to each Inquiry Referred to <br />City Council member. Legal Counsel <br />. Requested response to letter of June 19, 2001 from Bradley <br />J. Gunn of Leonard, Street and Deinard. <br />Ron Balczewski, 139 1 Ryan <br />. Supported Schwie's comments <br />. Zoning concerns <br />. Parking <br />Patrick Winn, 1949 Simpson St: Supported views of Schwie and <br />Balczewski. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, seconded by Maschka, to refer matter to legal <br />counsel. After discussion, Klausing called the question on the <br />motion to refer it to staff and legal counsel for review and to <br />determine the history of, and what the City has ascertained <br />regarding the residentially zoned part of the parking lot.
